Right of Withdrawal

If you are a private consumer within the meaning of EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

The withdrawal period does not begin until the goods have actually been delivered to and received by you.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use a withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

International shipping – customs duties & import taxes

For international deliveries, please note:

Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are not included in the purchase price.

These charges are legally borne by the recipient and are determined by the authorities of the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is not accepted or collected due to non-payment of import taxes or customs duties, this does not constitute a valid withdrawal.

In such cases, any return shipping costs, customs handling fees or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
